J. K. Jadhav father-son cause educational loss to 133 MCA students; Fraud of crores, shocking incident at Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center, police register a case

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Metropolis Post News Service): Despite not being affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center in Chikalthana admitted 133 students by charging a fee of Rs 1 lakh 10 thousand each. The university exams began on Thursday (December 4), but students who did not get hall tickets were left in a state of panic. After they rushed to the university, the activities of the institution's directors J. K. Jadhav and Vikrant Jadhav, father and son, came to light. Angry students rushed to the CIDCO MIDC police station. Based on the complaint of a student, the police have registered a case against the Jadhav father and son and two teachers.

The MCA course has been approved at Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center since this year itself. As many as 133 students took admission for the first year through the 'CET Cell' by paying a fee of Rs 1 lakh 10 thousand each. They did not get the hall ticket for the exam till Wednesday night, they reached the exam center on Thursday morning. However, they were not allowed to sit for the exam due to lack of hall ticket. Therefore, the students contacted J. K. Jadhav father and son. They claimed that it was the university's mistake. When the confused students reached the college, the college doors were closed. Therefore, the students reached the CIDCO MIDC police station. The police took the students' problem seriously. Police Commissioner Praveen Pawar, Deputy Commissioner of Police Prashant Swami contacted Vice Chancellor Dr. Vijay Phulari. Prashant Swami himself reached the university. The students also rushed to the university.

At that time, the university clarified that the college's MCA course was not affiliated with the university. It was also said that the university informed the college administration about this decision on November 24. The police have registered a case in this case as the Jadhav father and son cheated the students by admitting them to the college despite not being affiliated. The institution's director J. K. Immediately after registering a case against Jadhav, his son Vikrant Jadhav and teachers Sanghpal Kamble and Laxman Gaikwad, the police arrested both the teachers from the High Court premises. The Jadhav father and son have fled. A thorough search is underway for them. Further investigation is being conducted by Assistant Police Inspector Bharat Pachole. The parents of many students paid the college fees by taking money at interest. However, tears welled up in their eyes as they were deprived of the examination.

Hall tickets for 16 MBA students by order of the High Court
Meanwhile, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. Valmik Sarvade informed that hall tickets have been provided to 16 students of the MBA course of the same Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center by order of the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. The examination applications of these students were filled along with the fee on Wednesday (December 3) evening. After that, the examination department issued the hall tickets around 9 pm. 19 students have taken admission in the Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center for the MBA course. They deposited the university's examination fee with the college. However, the college did not deposit the money and their applications with the university. Therefore, the university did not give hall tickets to the students. Realizing that the college had cheated them, they immediately rushed to the bench. In it, the bench ordered the university to give hall tickets to 19 students. Out of 19, 16 students received hall tickets after paying the examination application form and fee.

No teachers, no computers, no books...
When the university committee inspected the Shri Sai Institute of Management and Research Center, there was no principal, teachers, computers, books in the library to teach the students. Therefore, it has come to light that on November 24, the university had rejected the first year affiliation.
